In our company we have an EAI project. In two weeks, we will receive the proposals from many companies. Can you please give me a good way to evaluate this project?
Assuming you mean proposals from services companies? That's easy: Evaluate them in terms of their experience in the market. They should have many clients that have healthy, well-implemented EAI solutions. Other than that, see how well they understand your business problems, and don't try to pre-solve your problems without the proper analysis.
