Web testing and C/S application testing

Expert David Lithicum discusses the differences between Web testing and C/S application testing.

What is the difference between Web testing and C/S application testing?
There is not much difference. They both are driven to exercise an application to insure quality. One, client/server, will deal with a native interface and a back-end database. The other, Web, will deal with a Web interface, with either a Web server or application server back-end.
