Is there a tool that can generate an XML document instance scheleton from a schema?

My question is a follow up the the one you gave about XML mappers (http://searchwebservices.techtarget.com/ateQuestionNResponse/0,289625,sid26_cid430101_tax288842,00.html). I guess that what the reader meant when he said: "What is the best XML mapper I can find in the market that can not only convert XMLS but also convert Schemas to XML" is that he needs some tool to generate an XML document instance scheleton from a schema. Are you aware of the existence of any tool/library that can do that?
Yes. The XML instance generator from Sun (http://www.sun.com/software/xml/developers/instancegenerator/).
